The bill would amend the Education Code as it relates to the reporting of certain incidents of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence or stalking. Institutions of higher education indicate that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
