It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to airport police forces, including the authority to commission peace officers and the rights, privileges, and duties of those officers could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactThe Texas Association of Counties does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to counties.
