If the legislature does not appropriate money specifically for that purpose, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension may, but is not required to, implement a provision of this Act using other appropriations available for that purpose. It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the creation of the Pollinator-Smart program could be absorbed using existing resources.
