If the legislature does not appropriate money specifically for that purpose, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension may, but is not required to, implement a provision of this Act using other appropriations available for that purpose. Based on information provided by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and the Texas Department of Agriculture, it is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the creation of the Pollinator-Smart program could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
