The bill would require a general academic teaching institution, other than a public state college, to post on the institution's website a transferability report card no later than March 1 of each year, beginning in 2023. The Higher Education Coordinating Board, in consultation with institutions of higher education, would develop a model transferability report card. It is assumed any costs associated with the bill could be implemented within existing resources. Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
