It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to class size limits for prekindergarten classes provided by or on behalf of public schools could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactSchool districts and charter schools that do not currently meet class size limits and ratio requirements may need to hire additional staff.
