The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code and the Water Code related to judicial review of acts by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration and the TCEQ, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed with existing resources. In addition, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated to the State court system due to implementation of the provisions of the bill.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
