The bill would require the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to develop and implement a disease prevention information system for dissemination of immunization information during a declared state of disaster or local state of disaster. DSHS and the Health and Human Services Commission indicate the provisions of the bill could be implemented with existing resources.
