The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission to develop a written statement for applicants seeking employment in an assisted living facility to sign indicating the applicant has not been convicted of a offense described under Health and Safety Code Section 250.006 and post the statement on the commission's internet website.The Health and Human Services Commission indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within current resources.
