The Public Utility Commission anticipates that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to distributed renewable generation resources could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactThe PUC anticipates that this bill may have a local government impact as it includes provisions for municipalities and municipally-owned utilities.
