The bill would amend various sections of code related to the carrying of a handgun by a license holder to provide that a handgun may be carried in a holster, rather than specifically in a shoulder or belt holster.  Local Government ImpactAccording to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal implication to counties is anticipated.
