The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to the regulation of certain direct sales of food to consumers and a limitation on the fee amount for certain permits. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be implemented within existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
