The bill would amend the Government Code to authorize the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC) to provide certain seminars and to charge a fee for those seminars in an amount necessary to cover associated costs.According to the TEC, the bill would have no fiscal impact,According to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the bill would have no significant fiscal impact on the state.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
