Kolkhorst, Chair, Senate Committee on Health & Human Services     FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board      IN RE: SB672 by Buckingham (Relating to Medicaid coverage of certain collaborative care management services.), As Introduced     No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. It is assumed that Medicaid coverage for collaborative care management services will begin on September 1, 2022. It is assumed the cost of providing collaborative care management services will be mostly offset by decreased costs related to reduced hospitalizations and utilization of other services, as well as increased premium tax revenue.
