The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $178,333.  Based on information provided by the Office of Court Administration, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the resolution could be accomplished utilizing existing resources. According to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the resolution could result in a reduction to state revenue, but the amount cannot be estimated.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
