 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, All who shared in the life of Linda Gutierrez of
 El Paso were deeply saddened by her passing on September 15, 2021,
 at the age of 50; and
 WHEREAS, Linda Gutierrez was born to Mirtha Anguiano on
 September 6, 1971, and she grew up with the companionship of four
 sisters, Patricia, Mirtha, Sylvia, and Olivia, and three brothers,
 Jaime, Ricardo, and Julio; and
 WHEREAS, A passionate educator, Ms. Gutierrez enjoyed a
 rewarding career as a kindergarten teacher; she worked at Myrtle
 Cooper Elementary School for 11 years, and she remained dedicated
 to serving her students, even during her courageous battle against
 cancer; and
 WHEREAS, Above all else, Ms. Gutierrez was a devoted mother
 to her three daughters, Marlene, Kristin, and Kimberly, and she
 delighted in time spent with her two grandchildren, Zahir and Mila;
 she loved to capture life's sweet moments with her camera or cell
 phone, and she earned the deep admiration of those around her for
 her willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need; and
 WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have known Linda Gutierrez
 will remember the way she touched their lives with her kind and
 generous nature, and she will forever hold a treasured place in
 their hearts; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
 Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of
 Linda Gutierrez and extend sincere condolences to the members of
 her family: to her mother, Mirtha Anguiano; to her daughters,
 Marlene, Kristin, and Kimberly; to her grandchildren, Zahir and
 Mila; to her sisters, Patricia Acevedo, Mirtha Solis and her
 husband, Robert, Sylvia Camargo and her husband, Jose Luis, and
 Olivia Molinar-Inglis and her husband, Daniel; to her brothers,
 Jaime Acevedo and his wife, Juanita, Ricardo Molinar-Anguiano, and
 Julio Molinar; and to her many other relatives and friends; and, be
 it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Linda
 Gutierrez.
