The bill would amend the requirements for representation of a community supervision and corrections department (CSCD) in cases in which a person under the supervision of that department challenges the fact or duration of the supervision.Based on the analysis of the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of Court Administration, this analysis assumes that any additional workload created by the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
