The bill would exempt a location-restricted knife from the prohibition of carrying certain weapons at an amusement park or on the premises of a business that derives 51 percent or more of its income from certain alcoholic beverage sales. It is assumed that any fiscal impact and any impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources would not be significant.
