The bill would extend participation in the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program (GBP) health coverage to spouses and dependents of individuals determined to have been wrongfully imprisoned.  It is assumed that any related costs would be insignificant.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
