The bill would authorize county commissioners courts to license and regulate the operation of poker clubs and to restrict and prohibit the location of poker clubs within certain areas. The bill wouldallow a county to impose a fee for certain licenses related to the operation of a poker club and to create civil penalties for certain violations.
