The bill would create a duty for the Office of the Attorney General to certify compliance with approval of bonds being issued to finance certain projects.According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.According to the Bond Review Board, the fiscal impact of the bill on state debt cannot be determined.
