The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to develop a strategic plan and establish an advisory committee for home and community-based services provided under Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program. According to HHSC, the bill would require additional staff resources to support the committee and conduct analyses related to any recommendations.
