The bill amends the Government Code to require the Office of the Attorney General to publish on the agency's website a political subdivision's contingent fee contracts for legal services and the information related to the contract within 90 days after receiving the contract from a political subdivision.According to the Office of the Attorney General, any work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
