The bill would require the court to make certain determinations if a child is placed in a residential treatment center, or if the child is referred to and awaiting placement in a residential treatment center. It is assumed that any costs to the Office of Court Administration, and the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources. In addition, no fiscal impact is assumed to the Health and Human Services Commission.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
