Ewell Townview Magnet Center in the city of Dallas. The bill would specify that the fee for issuance of the specialty plate may not exceed TxDMV's administrative costs incurred for issuance of the license plates.Based on the information provided by TxDMV, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the department's existing resources.
