It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactDistricts will need to provide written information detailing policy regarding the placement, operation, and/or maintenance of any video cameras to a parent/guardian of students who receive Special Education services in a class with cameras.
