It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources. No significant fiscal impact to state revenues is anticipated.   Local Government ImpactThe fiscal implications to local units of government cannot be determined due to variances in commissioner court reimbursement rates and because the extent to which shared court reporters render services outside of their home counties and official reporters and deputy reporters would appear remotely when providing reporting services is unknown.
