The bill would add requirements to the appointed guardian ad litem, including if a child is placed in a residential treatment center, a qualified residential treatment program, or similar treatment setting. It is assumed any costs to the Office of Court Administration, the Department of Family and Protective Services, and the Health and Human Services Commission could be absorbed within existing resources.
