The bill would amend Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes to make changes to the San Antonio Fire and Police Pension Fund. It is assumed any costs from the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.   Local Government ImpactAccording to the San Antonio Fire and Police Pension Fund, the bill would have an insignificant fiscal impact on the fund and no fiscal impact on the plan sponsor, the City of San Antonio.
