The bill would add parental refusal to administer or consent to the administration of a psychotropic medication to the child except in certain circumstances to the list of evidence that does constitute clear and convincing evidence sufficient for a court to order termination of a parent-child relationship. It is assumed any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.   Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
