For service credit of a statutory probate court judge or statutory county court judge, the bill would include years of service as a district attorney, criminal district attorney, or county attorney.The bill would direct the state to compensate the administrative county of a multicounty statutory county court an amount equal to the state salary of a district judge with comparable years of service.
