The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to exempt a legal action authorized by, or to enforce any provision of, the Election Code, from the provisions of Chapter 27 of that Code.Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, the fiscal implications cannot be determined because the extent to which the exemption provided by the bill would impact the state court system is unknown.
