Amends Section 418.310(a), Government Code, as follows: (a) Requires the Texas Energy Reliability Council, not later than December 1, rather than November 1, of each even-numbered year, to submit to the legislature a report on the reliability and stability of the electricity supply chain in this state. SECTION 2. Makes application of this Act prospective. SECTION 3. Effective date: September 1, 2023.
