The bill would amend the Election Code relating to accessible early voting by mail. It would require the Secretary of State (SOS) to establish standards for the certification of these systems. According to SOS, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
