It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactCounties that choose to create and implement a diversion program may incur costs related to the development, implementation and reporting requirements, however, according to the Office of Court Administration's analysis, these costs maybe offset by savings realized by diverting youthful offenders from the system.
