Based on the analysis of the Department of Insurance, Texas Medical Board, and the Executive Council of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners, any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing agency resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
