It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources. Although the bill would identifies the General Land Office and Veterans' Land Board as the agency that would handle activities related to negotiating the release of the state's reversionary and other interest in the identified property, this analysis assumes the Texas Military Department (TMD) would manage these activities given that the property was owned and deeded to the City of Mineral Wells by the Adjutant General Department, now known as TMD.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
