It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactThere could be an impact on certain counties related to the preservation of an image of a voter's signature on the carrier envelope and early voting ballot application for at least six years and the use of software by the early voting clerk to display all electronically available signatures in the county's election records.
