Based on the analysis of the State Office of Administrative Hearings, Department of Insurance, Department of Transportation, the University of Texas System Administration, and the Texas A&M University System Administrative & General Offices, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
