Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill's provisions could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. In addition, any anticipated loss in generated revenue as a result of implementing the bill is assumed to be insignificant.   Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
