The bill would prohibit a provider participating in Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) from refusing services to clients due to immunization status. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
