It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactBased on information provided by the Office of Court Administration, the cost to obtain the license and technology necessary to create a videoconference platform per judicial officer is approximately $150. Although the number of local courts that do not currently have a videoconferencing platform that would choose to obtain one is unknown, the cost is not anticipated to be significant.
