A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to certain conferences, training, and continuing
education provided by the Health and Human Services Commission or
required of commission staff, commission surveyors, or staff of
certain facilities regulated by the commission.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed:
(1) Section 247.066(h), Health and Safety Code;
(2) Section 533A.066, Health and Safety Code; and
(3) Sections 22.039(b-1) and (b-2), Human Resources
Code.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
