The bill would require the Texas Historical Commission (THC) to create a program to identify, renovate, restore, maintain, and preserve Rosenwald Schools structures, and their contents, located in this state. THC estimates a cost to implement the bill's provisions. This analysis assumes costs associated with the implementation of the bill's provisions could be absorbed within existing resources.
