The bill would amend Transportation Code, Section 504.403, to allow a statutory probate court judge, an associate judge of a district or statutory county court, a justice of the peace, a municipal judge, or a constitutional county court judge to be issued the specialty license plate currently issued to certain other state judges.Based on the information provided by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, it is assumed implementation of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State.
