Local Government ImpactThe bill would require school districts to collect and report, at least 5 new data elements concerning student disciplinary referrals by campus with comparison data and disaggregation by student groups to TEA. The bill would also require development of new processes and procedures, data collection, tracking, and reporting, which could result in significant additional costs for school districts.
