Amends Section 1112.155(a), Special District Local Laws Code, as follows: (a) Requires the board of directors of the West Coke County Hospital District (district) to select one or more banks, rather than one or more banks in the district, to serve as a depository for district money. SECTION 2. Effective date: upon passage or September 1, 2023.
