A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the creation of a county court at law in Wilson County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 25, Government Code, is
amended by adding Section 25.2491 to read as follows:
Sec. 25.2491. WILSON COUNTY. Wilson County has one
statutory county court, the County Court at Law of Wilson County.
SECTION 2. The County Court at Law of Wilson County is
created on the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
