Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, the Office of the Attorney General, the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas Medical Board, and the Health and Human Services Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
