The bill would amend the Business and Commerce Code to create a scaled recoveries of civil fines based on the market capitalization of the company that violates the antitrust laws.According to the Office of Court Administration and the Office of the Attorney General, no significant fiscal implications are anticipated from the provisions of the bill.According to the Comptroller's Office, the revenue implications of the bill cannot be determined.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
